Six manicures are on the menu, from the $30 Classic Manicure to the 60-minute BotanicFresh Manicure Treatment at $80. Walk-ins are welcome, though booking on Vagaro is the surest way to get the artist and time you want. Clients from Logan Square, Irving Park and Roscoe Village make the short trip to Belmont Avenue for it.

Your gel manicure begins with a hygienic soak and careful shaping to the length and form you want, whether that is a soft square, an almond or a short round. Cuticles are pushed back and tidied gently. We then apply your gel color in thin, even layers and seal it with our vegan top coat. We use Stellar Gel and OPI Intelli-Gel, and every product in the salon is vegan, cruelty-free and mineral-oil-free.

Already wearing gel? Add BIAB, Gel X or Gel Removal for $10 and we take it off gently first. Prefer classic polish but want it to last? Gel Polish - Upgrade from Classic Polish is $15 on any manicure or pedicure.

Manicure aftercare that makes the color last

A few habits carry a manicure to its full two weeks. Wear gloves for dishes and cleaning. Oil your cuticles daily; Luxo Pure Beauty Oil blends Moroccan oil, hemp extract and aloe vera and is made for exactly this. Never pick or peel gel; book the $10 removal instead so your natural nails stay strong and smooth. If a gel nail chips within seven days of your service, come back and the repair is complimentary. After seven days, Repairs After 7 Days for Gel No-Chip & Builder Gel Nails start at $5 per nail. Regulars simply rebook on Vagaro every two weeks and pick the same artist each time.

How long does a gel manicure last?

Up to two weeks without chipping. If anything chips within seven days of a gel service, we repair it free.

Is your polish vegan?

Yes. Dazzle Dry, our gel and top coats are all vegan.

What should I do before my manicure?

Come as you are. If you have gel on, add the $10 BIAB, Gel X or Gel Removal and we take it off gently before we start. Tell your artist the shape and length you like.
